"Was going to see this dentist, but due to the reviews and the unprofessional responses, that will not be happening. I have heard that Dr. Edwards is a good dentist, but his wife and staff do not know how to treat HIS patients. I feel sorry for him and his practice. He really needs to have a talk with his staff and his wife about how to treat people. Glad I looked at all the reviews before going."

I must say this office staff, as well as the Dentist and the Dental Hygienist are top notch, eased my fears and make me comfortable always. "I am not a patient and most definitely won’t be after the rude encounter I had with the woman who answered the phone. She was very unprofessional. As a woman who is 7 months pregnant, 25 years of age and has experience working in a medical facility as front office coordinator, I must say this woman should not be allowed to answer any calls. she asked “why can’t you just go see a dr in ga.” And “how old are you anyway” as well as being told “ma’am we can’t just drop a filling into your tooth” I am appalled at her lack of professionalism. When I called I explained that a filling had fallen out of my tooth and that their office was recommended to me. I was willing to drive the hour and half it would take to see them if they could help. All I asked for was self pay options as well as to see if they could assist a pregnant woman in their office. Your front office staff is the voice and face of your office. The poor service received over the phone reflects badly upon your office."
