"Worst Pilot I've been too. I was here 3 weeks ago. I always like to stop at a pilot/flying J, but this time I wish I would have gone down the street. The bathroom was gross and trashed. The regular stall door is literally wrapped in ductape to keep it together (it's been worse everytime I stop over the past 6 months). I pumped gas while there, the pump was extremely slow (over 20 minutes to fill up a sedan), and when the pump stopped charging (clicked full) gas continued to flow through the line, all over My car, shoes, and pavement. I complained to the guy working and he just shrugged, said he'd get to it and the pumps have seemed a bit off. The prices aren't even decent anymore and the night shift are worthless. I won't be returning."

"Worst pilot when it comes to size and pretty bad entrance. The GM is this horrible lady who thinks she’s a smart pants. She won’t accept of your concerns as far s truck just parking in the fuel Island. STAY AWAY from this pilot"

"Entirely too small. Shower app doesn’t work, you have to walk in, grab a wooden stick (think I’m joking??) and wait 45 minutes for a shower. Let’s not mention the world’s slowest subway… There is not enough truck parking, barely enough to spin around and park with how the fuel island/truck parking is designed… If you’re headed west, continue on to the Loves in Zanesville or headed East, wait til the Pilot in Belmont off 70…"

"This Pilot has a tiny parking for trucks, and it’s tight. I only stop there when I absolutely have to. Yesterday, I stopped there for a shower. Fatal mistake. I took the risk to leave my truck at Rural King nearby, and came in. The employee made sure that I wasn’t parked on the fuel island before he handed me the key to the shower. He probably deals with this complaint several times a day, given how little parking there is there. Anyway, shower: in my top five of crass places. There was lots of post-shaving tiny hairs in the sink. The floor hasn’t been swept since GWB was president. And the plumbing… the fixed shower head was missing, so I tried to use the flexible one. The knob was defective, so I couldn’t choose either one of them, but got a little stream of water from the flexible and a violent droplet spray from the other. And don’t get me started on temperature control. It’s you and your luck. I felt dirtier after shower than I was upon entering, and wrapped it up as fast as I could. When I brushed my teeth, I rinsed the sink, and the tiny hairs just went down with the stream. Maybe the employee that put in the sticker ‘Cleaned and sanitized’ on the door didn’t know they had to use water for cleaning. I will never set foot again in this place. I will carefully plan my fueling route to avoid this Pilot location at all cost."
