"So I visited this dentist several times years ago and they ran my insurance and I paid the difference at the time of service. Well recently I receive a bill for 4 years ago that shows I have a balance. First of all this is bad business to wait 4 years to bill someone. I will not ever visit this place nor will I recommend. I don’t care that you have a new system, if I owed you money in 2020 then someone then should have picked up the phone and called me."
