"Not a good visit. Will not be going back. I scheduled my appoint on Monday. I was told I would have an appointment for two separate days, one being Friday the 16th of February and the other being Friday the 23rd of February for a root canal on the 23rd. Get there for the first appointment and realize that I don’t really need the initial procedure to deaden the pain. All good, except they failed to put me in the schedule for the root canal for the following Friday. Then I’m told I can’t be seen for it until March the 15th for the root canal that I called about in the first place. Not sure about their work, but if making appointments has a factor in it, not sure I would want them working in my teeth."

"Edited to add: These people advertise $59 cleaning/exam/xray package and after this terrible experience, which I have spoken to people at the office about, they had the unabashed nerve to bill my insurance over $1300, my portion of which is $600. They didn’t even clean my teeth. I’ve never had dentist anxiety until I came here. If you’re looking for a gentle dentist, keep looking. I left in tears and had to sit in my car for a while before I could drive. I don’t even have any dental issues at the moment—just was there for exam and cleaning, and I had no cavities. It’s a stressful place to be, and they don’t care if they’re causing you pain with their “exam.” Also, they are constantly trying to upsell, so it feels like you can’t be sure if whatever is going on is a real problem or a normal thing that they’re pushing to treat aggressively."

"On my first visit to this office, I decided not to continue with my appointment, once I saw the complete lack of professionalism by the dentist. I scheduled an exam and a cleaning a few weeks ago. When the office called to confirm my appointment, they confirmed that I was coming in for an exam and cleaning on my first visit and would have time for both. Then when I arrived at the office, they told me that “maybe” they would be able to do the cleaning but couldn’t guarantee it. I said that I expected an exam and a cleaning, since this was what I scheduled and what they had confirmed on a follow-up call. They explained to me that this was just how dentists work now ...sorry! When you schedule an exam and cleaning, sometimes there was time for a cleaning and sometimes not. You never can tell! It felt like the episode of Seinfeld where the car rental agency doesn’t know how reservations work. They even confirmed that I had in fact scheduled a cleaning and that they had told me I was coming for a cleaning…but still couldn’t guarantee that I would be able to get a cleaning. I’ve lived in several places and moved a lot. Because of that I’ve had to go to new dentists several, several times in my life, and I’ve never been told this. I've never been told that scheduling is in fact just a fiction and actually works like a lottery ticket as it apparently does at this office. I’ve never been told that I simply can’t get a cleaning when I scheduled one. But this office refused to take responsibility for their poor communication. I’ve run a business before. Mistakes and miscommunications happen, but when they do, you take ownership. The dentist at this facility refused to take ownership and acted as if his office’s poor communication and false advertising were somehow my problem, not his. Why would I trust my healthcare to such a dishonest provider with no sense of responsibility for his actions? Edit: If this dentist did truly want to take ownership for his poor service, then he would be proactive and reach out, not just offer canned replies to deservedly bad reviews."

"The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Dentist was a little dry but still good at his profession. The surgeon was great! The dental hygienist was amazing! I will definitely keep coming here."

"I've had several surgeries and several procedures in the past 2 years, basically everything you could think of for dental work, and I've gotten it all done through DEB. Dr. Marabel and her team are the best. They are always kind and friendly, and make sure I understand what they're doing and everything related to charges or payments. They'll work with you on getting done whatever you need, and they do it in a timely manner. They also have other specialists such as periodontists come to the office so you can see a specialist in the same office which is really convenient. I absolutely love DEB!! They genuinely care about you!"
