"I called at 1 and asked if the eye doctor would be in and they said “yes until 6” well I come in around 330 trying get get my prescription and they said that it already closed honestly the worst eye doctors around Wv I do not recommend"

"I gotta tell you my place where I get my exam done never has my style glasses they was kinda pushing a pair on me like them or not cause I get the clip ons eyes are sensitive to light so went to Walmart I glanced into the vision shop and was amazed how many different men’s frames they had I found a pair the ladies was AWSOME that works there also I had my prescription sent to them all the extras cost at my old place came with these lenses so I’ll never go anywhere else but here really happy"

"Ok so I came here 3 years ago and got my eyes checked they were very affordable not bad on prices so I decided to go back and this time I was very disappointed my glasses last time cost me all together 175 to maybe 180 so this time my prescription never changed exspect my left eye kinda got worse so I had no trouble in the actual eye exam place they wouldn't take my insurance so 85 dollars is what I paid last time for that so I get that done and take my script out front I found the cutest blue glasses they said 76 dollars on the frame the doctor around back told me nothing has changed but my left eye here I thought I was going to pay another 180 dollars well on my paper I don't know what sheadd up but it came up to 400 dollars I was very surprised that it was that much band even asked her y it was so much her direct answer was prices went t I will definitely go somewhere else bc I have went there many times and it has never been that much I don't think one pair of glasses should be 500 dollars b"

"Staff was not very knowledgeable in terms of using my vision insurance. Over charged me for my glasses. Staff could not answer questions I had on the different types of lens available. Tried them once but never again."

"Earlier this afternoon, I stopped in this Walmart Vision & Glasses. I have a new eyeglass perscription to fill. There were three staff members in the store. One male staff member was talking to a "customer"....but I am not entirely certain the person was an eyeglass customer. The two female staff members were standing by the cash register visiting/chatting with each other. With new 'script in hand, I stood near the cash register waiting for assistance. Not one staff person acknowledged or greeted me. There were no other people in the store. I was never spoken to or asked how they could assist me. I know they saw me, as I made eye contact, I left the store, will go elsewhere. Stay away from this eyeglass store. If the staff cannot see/acknowledge a 5'9" woman, they sure as heck are in the wrong profession in dispensing eyeglasses."
