"I visited Bridgeport Express Care today because I knew they do in-house x-rays, plus, my family has never experienced any issues at this clinic in the past. The wait time was short and staff were professional. I was satisfied with the care I received. Very thankful to not have to wait in an ER all day."

"Didn't even make it to a room without the lady who takes insurance info started her bad attitude as always over insurance. Any other time, i could be seen and then have my insurance send stuff in and we were all good. No reason to treat people like that. 100% Karen. Been here several times over the last 7-8 years for everything from general sickness or covid test because they are usually great and quick. But the last 3 times I went, every women in that front cubicle was awful. Talking about patients, attitudes when you need something. Just flat out awful. I absolutely would not go there. Anyplace outside of WVU medicine is a joke and are only out for one thing. Money. 1000% do NOT recommend. Awful patient treatment."
