"We have always used the pet wash at this store. The pice is great and it has been clean. This last time there were no towels, normally you get two. One dryer was missing so that left one for 3 people. The new guy at the register did not know what to say. The manager for Sunday did not like being there and was rude. We always bought various items when we were there also."

"Not a big shopper here, but my one visit the store was organized, spotless, and packed! There is a shortage of employees (“Now Hiring” sign outside), but the few I ran across were most helpful. Located next to Goodwill and McDonalds, you must turn on a side road to get to the parking lot-the parking lot could be bigger and easier to access."
"***August 4, 2020. Some things NEVER change. One register, staff walking around talking, one cashier struggling. Poor poor management, corporate needs to step in. *** Poorly staffed as always. Brought to the person’s attention this was found in all the bales. Response was as she shrugged her shoulders “do you want it or not?” Calling corporate again. Also she stood there and asked “are you going to grab it”? She proceeded to toss it in the truck so it didn’t even fit. Great costumer service."
