"Very bad customer service, false advertising and unclean store and not stocked up. I went to this location an had a experience I hope no other customers have but I see from reviews that’s just the thing of this store. Went in to buy some stuff only to find out they didn’t have it stocked up an the shelves are empty. Not only did they not have that I go to do a service that they clearly are advertising to do and was told that they don’t do it even though it’s advertised that their store do it. I asked to speak with the manager the cashier told me that made the rule and was told they don’t have the number they was going to get the number but never got it thinking I was gone leave. The other employee was just as rude even said they could call a manager but when I asked for the managers name an number to speak with an so I could have as reference so I can get the advertisement taken off or find out if they actually do it at this lot so we can get that solved the person on the phone he called was named Beth I asked him just to write it down and he put Rachel on the paper and that clearly don’t match. Then gave me a 1 800 number to call. An also told me he can’t give his name. Even though they both said it came all the way up from Corprate they could not give any info or anything not even the number to the store to me an was rude about it. An to have a store with multiple things not stocked up is a waste of gas money. So why is the store even open if you don’t have good workers no one knows anything an you can’t buy anything advertise or do a service advertise through the store. Overall I would never go to this store again and I’ll go else where. An I have pictures and video. An even though the guy refused to give the name of him and the manager Beth he called an number of the manager I just took a picture so I can show the two employees there and I hope they can properly be trained an hopefully they can have a manager number and general manager number number available if they saying call the general manager. An hopefully this store will stock up an clean better it should not be empty and have broken equipment."

"Manager Shannon was very unprofessional & rude. After being hung up on and calling back, she answered and became snappy when I asked for a corporate phone number. Shannon advised me she didn't have it & for me to Google it. Her attitude was trash & her customer service was HORRIBLE."
