"Absolutely not the place to go for golf. $20 for entry, $89-95 for a round per person, $25 for each rider, and the green barely has any grass, players are disrespectful of the course, and $20 for a simple burger that you can get at any other course for $15. Better off going somewhere else. 2 stars only bc the staff were kind (not the front desk guy; pretty much a robot)."

"This place is way over priced for what it is. We played the lakemont course and it was just over $100 greens fee plus $20 to just get to the course inside stone mountain park. The course was in really poor condition (for the price). Tons of dead spots in the fairways and the greens were awfully slow and inconsistent. The lakemont layout was certainly not fun. Place is deceptively tight and unforgiving. Overall I'd recommend going elsewhere, this course isn't a good value or layout. There are plenty of other courses in the atlanta area cheaper and way better than this one for the money. Staff was friendly was this place needs some serious work in order to charge these prices."

"Let me start by stating that this is a beautiful golf club! I've been to Stone Mountain plenty of times but, this is the first chance I've gotten to play golf here. We played the Lakefront course and were greeted on the first tee by "Montana". Let me say meeting him was the perfect way to start our day and our round! Super friendly, welcoming, and being our first time playing the course, he gave us a few tips to help us on ball placement, etc. for the front nine. The course was in beautiful shape. It was well manicured and the greens were phenomenal. And of course there is the beautiful scenery... The front nine wraps the lake side with beautiful morning views of nature, wildlife, and the mountain. Being from "flat" Florida where we play normally we loved the back nine with all the hills rolling fairways. It added just that little extra challenge to make our round perfect. We even had a problem with our parking brake, on out cart, and after a quick phone call to the pro shop, the guys ran a new cart out to us on the course. All around great customer service. Nice locker rooms too. Will definitely be back anytime we are in the Atlanta area."

"Played here on Monday, we were on the Lakemont course and it was fun some tricky holes but also some wide open par 5’s to drive for the moon! Overall course is in decent condition aside from maybe two holes with sand on the greens. Hard to putt through a bunker but other than that well maintained fairways and tee boxes. The up close view of the mountain is amazing also. Will be back!"
