"Not sure what happened with the other 2 reviewers, but my experience was excellent! The receptionist greeted me even before I was all the way to her window. Handed her my doctor's orders, she checked it on her computer and it was verified in a very short time. The wait time for my MRI was so short I didn't even get time to refresh in the ladies room. I was called in for my MRI right on my scheduled time! Jennifer was terrific and very thoughtful. She made sure that I was comfortable in an otherwise very stressful situation for me. I would highly recommend them for this procedure."

"After going to see Nurse Practitioner Gina Giffin for a painful cough and shortness of breath, I was barely assessed at all. She spent less than five minutes with me and did nothing more than listen to my breathing. I was told to take allergy medicine which would not have dealt with any of my symptoms. Five days later I was worse and highly fevered. I went to Med Express where they did actual diagnostic work, and they discovered that I had severe pneumonia and bronchitis. When I called to complain about the care I received they gave me the run around and had the nurse who was very indignant call me and proceed to defend all of their actions claiming that they would not have needed to do a chest X-ray because I didn’t have a fever at the time. They didn’t take the time to listen to what I was saying or even give a genuine apology for the poor care I received. I would not recommend this practitioner as they do not honor or respect their patients or take the time to truly care for and properly treat their clients. I am just happy to be finally given treatment that will help me get better."

"This is for the place that you have an MRI done not colonoscopy,etc. We waited five minutes for this lady to stop talking and get a fax before we asked her if we was in the spot. I had my mom and nine year old daughter just standing there waiting for this "lady" to acknowledge us. If you hate your job find another one better yet I hope they replace you with someone who is actually friendly. PS your a secretary not a beauty queen."
