"Purchased and returned all city bike in September….The owner was unavailable..had to deal with worker who was kind but unable to help….owner dragged return out……now on December 9th, I get charged $59 for some delivery service called Bikeflights, on a credit card that wasn’t authorized…I tried to call G C Murphy and the phone hangs up…order was completed in September…..Fraud—- stay away"

"A Google search for a particular Omega Watch led me to many different, Watch Retailers and Grey Market Dealers across the United States with pricing all over the place. I came across the GC Murphy Bicycle Co Website which had an interesting array of items from Vintage Pens to Watches and Bicycle parts. And there was the watch I was looking for brand new old stock. Why would I purchase from this place versus all of the other places that have the same Watch? The pricing was competitive, but I did some research and there were no negative reviews and placed a call to who I thought may have been the owner, Very passionate about the business, thorough solid answers to questions led to an immediate level of trust. My intuition proved correct, and I placed my order and had the watch in less than 48 hours packed better, and with more care than any watch dealer that I’ve ever dealt with in the United States. Incredible experience. Interesting shop. And I would not hesitate one bit to order anything from them."
