"Review As I look over the last several reviews on Bellareed, I couldn’t agree more! Something that is suppose to be an excited and great experience turned to be a nightmare! Let’s start from the beginning, I picked Bellareed because I was sold on the fact that they stated it only takes 4 months to build pool from start to finish, they don’t use 3rd party contractor only PebbleTech. I had my pool finance but was told if I put a deposit down to order the equipment we could get started quicker, so I put my deposit down for my equipment. The first phase on construction went extremely fast and then everything stopped! I mean for months! We broke ground in May 2022 our pool was finished until August of 2023! The communication and customer service is horrible the worst experience I have ever encountered! We went through 3 or more project managers. We sent numerous emails and phone calls with no response! They used a 3 party contractor who ruined our yard and concrete. Bellareed fixed the concrete but not the yard! On completion day Bellareed marketing team came to give use a gift basket and film the pool to find the pool had mud backing up in the water. They did have operations fix the issue that day. We scheduled our final inspection and pool school in September 2023, we wanted our pool heated so Atlanta Gas Light said the pool company will put the regulator on and we will upgrade your meter. Let’s just say we are still waiting on the Regulator that was on back order since September. I have been fighting for my deposit since September when my finance company released the final payment. I have emailed accounting (Carol) , and the Director of Patient Experience (Roma) for my refund since September I have gotten nothing but a complete run around! Roma is the only member that responds promptly! I have requested a phone or in person meeting with owner Eddie multiple times! If I could give this company a negative 1 star I would they shouldn’t treat people the way that they do!"

"To keep it short: Avoid this Company. They have informed our lawyer they are filling for bankruptcy but yet keep advertising. We hired them earlier this year and after unsuccessfully obtaining the City’s permit, they have refused in returning our deposit although the contract states they must. Their communication on the steps to obtain the permit and their knowledge was very poor which let to the big surprise of us needing an agreement from our neighbors allowing us to destroy the roots of their trees which were on our property. One neighbor did not want his trees to be impacted which was key in obtaining the permit. Bellareed position was we needed to “improve our relationship with our neighbor and make then sign”. They claimed to have purchased the materials and therefore “it was not as easy as issuing a check”. Later they claimed to be filling bankruptcy when we lawyer up. If they cannot fulfill a contract, then how will your time, money and experience be positive or protected? Therefore, my suggestion is to consider another vendor as this Company has not shown us to be trustworthy nor professional."

"Worst experience ever!!! 45,000 down 6 months ago. Nothing has been done but destruction in the yard. No response and lies. Pool was perfectly fine just needed up grades. All we have now is a broke up pool no lights and out of 45k if there are any positive reviews I promise you they are definitely not real and if he try to sale you on a celebrity it’s definitely a lie. SCAMMERS!! I repeat Do Not use this Company!!!! My first phase was equipment and gas line for two heaters. Paid in March. Have never seen equipment. They finally came out 3 weeks ago drained pool and tore up pool and said my 45,000 is for the last phase and they need 8,000 more to continue . Once you pay that down payment you can forget about it. They will tell you anything to get that first payment and then you can forget about it. My pool is estimated to be worth a million dollars so why would I not want to pay to continue a job to get it finished unless this company was a total scam. Mark my words if you go with this company you will be sorry!!!! Would give a 0 on the stars if I could."

"We contracted in March of 2022 they broke ground in July. Aside from the expected weather delays they had tons of staffing issues and turn over that caused delays and confusion. The retaining ledge was not properly sealed despite us telling them our yard is the low point of the subdivision. They fixed it but there was a huge mud intrusion on our tiles and plaster. The largest issue was that they didn’t pay sub contractors on time. We had paid them in full for the service but they would write checks to the company they hired on our behalf that would bounce. We had 3 different Liens put on our home over the course of the 8 mos. When things were basically complete I called the county and found out they had missed plumbing and gas inspections. Lucky for us our county felt bad for us they agreed to waive the plumbing and work with us directly on the rest. Whenever I’d ask them to come fix tiny things like broken decking tiles or coping they would send people weeks later no announcement and they would fix one thing while breaking another. After the last lien we cut ties. I hired another company to clean the stains and fix a few tiles. Overall I love my pool. But I designed it so to be expected. The quality of construction appears to be good. The overall experience with this company was terrible. I would have chosen another company if I had it to do over."

"The worst experience I have had with any builder and I have built many homes and a few pools…..the quality of workmanship is terrible….cracks everywhere, things are already falling apart. Pool was supposed to be completed 12/21 and wasnt finished until 8/22 and we have huge issue…..the turf was terrible quality…looked like Kmart and it was not laid correctly and I had to have it all ripped out and redone by another landscaper. The owner manager Bret ignored my calls, took forever to respond then when he did and I told him all the problems with the build he was so rude he said “I don’t work for you…..my contract is with your homebuilder and I said, you wouldnt have a contract without me. I’m the one paying for it!” It has never gotten any better and things are falling apart with this pool. They sign up more and more customers , cant keep up so as a result the workmanship is horrible and they are unresponsive . My neighbors that are using them are having issues as well. RUN…..do NOT use this pool builder!"
