"Salem Family practice should be shut down. If you have Bagwell as your doctor, BEWARE. She is absolutely worthless and was negligent in the care of my father. I wouldn’t let her touch a rabid animal. She should be ashamed and fired. What an absolute disgrace of a human being, nevertheless a doctor."

"Our whole family has been regular patients for years, but one family member recently got very sick and after being at the emergency room they needed to be rechecked with their primary doctor. We had called to schedule a follow up appointment and the receptionist very rudely told us that that family member can no longer be seen because their last appointment was in 2017, the receptionist then proceeded to laugh over the phone. The receptionist then went on to say that maybe they could come in and fill out paperwork to see if they will accept them as a client again. The overall experience was very upsetting for the family member as they are still very sick and now unable to get their needed medications. The doctors at the clinic are not the issue but their staff of receptionists and nurses have always been very rude and condescending to patients. If you are able to go somewhere else I would!"

"I called to see if I could have my son seen because our insurance card listed Dr. Bagwell as his primary care provider. The woman I spoke with at the front desk was rude and made me feel completely stupid for asking simple questions. Then when I told her that I have state insurance and the Dr is listed as his primary, she scoffed and said they don’t even accept that insurance! I normally don’t leave reviews, especially bad ones, but there were so many polite ways she could’ve gone about this. No offense to the Drs there but I’m kind of glad they don’t accept my insurance."

"Horrible experience across the board. Signed up as new patient at start of pandemic in March 2020. They wanted to schedule an "initial consultation", at my expense. Told them I was not comfortable doing a non essential doctor visit during pandemic. Went in November for flu shot, told me they would not give me one unless I had the initial consultation. Explained that I wasn't going to pay $100 deductible for a flu shot for a non essential office visit that was free to me thru insurance. Went to Walgreens and received flu shot no problem. Fast forward to June 2021 and I called to set up the initial consultation and annual physical. Was told I was "fired" as a patient since I refused to visit during pandemic. Probably for the best as their facilities are very old, musty smelling, and very rude staff. You can tell much from how employees interact with customers how well a company is run, and this place is horrible."

"I never really leave reviews for anything but I feel the need to. Sometimes the front desk staff is a little disorganized (it happens) but other than that I've never had a bad experience. I've been going here for over 10 years and Dr Economous is a class act. I recently moved and he took the time and effort to see me after hours to refill my medications. Its a great loss to me that I won't be able to use them as my family practice because of the move. Fantastic place."
