"The staff are friendly enough, but EVERY single time we have an appointment we have to wait well over an hour just to be seen. Dr. Haas is very pleasant, but too much so. He talks so much he triples his time with people. They need to schedule longer, and fewer appointments if this is going to continue. It is unprofessional and inconsiderate."
