"Office is good. People are nice and seem competent. Proximity is the main reason for continuing to go there. I had an appointment today for 7:15, which was the first appointment of the day. I wasn’t seen by the doc until 8:15. This is pretty standard anytime I have an appointment with the doc or PA. I’m actually writing this review sitting in the room waiting. This is a red flag for me as it seems to be somewhat poorly run on the surface and seems to imply the doc feels his time is more important than ours. It is also impossible to get a hold of anyone there. The phones always go to voicemail and calls are never returned. It’s somewhat bizarre to disregard your customers to this degree and it’s likely they know they have a captive audience. I’ve resorted to paging the doctor just to ask for a return call. I’ll continue going there because it’s the only option close to me. Also, the office looks like a museum from the 60’s…in case that sort of thing concerns you. I understand this review is not anonymous and it may generate some awkward moments during future visits. I am confident that it will not affect my family’s level of care. It is what it is and I invite them to change my mind. I’ll update the review as needed."
