"We were ghosted after multiple follow up attempts. It wasn’t until we put in a charge back for our over $3k deposit on our credit card that he responded and said he had to take even more measurements for our pool liner after he has already came out and measured weeks ago. Also, his license was revoked by the state of Georgia October of 2022, so he is not licensed and insured as per our contract we signed. We are extremely upset and frustrated with this situation."
