"I visited the Verizon store in Quincy today after a week of talking to serveral customers service agents to no vail with assistance and to include a few were very unprofessional and lack knowledge of their job. BUT THIS AMAZING MAN Carlos within minutes resolve my issue quickly and professionally with smile. I felted valued and He listen to my concerns then he proceeded to work and restore or fix my phone. "Horrible experience this past weekend after the sales rep, Jamar, said he could put my regular service onto a prepaid phone if I went to buy it at Walmart and bring it to him because he had a way of "manipulating the system" and that they "do it all the time for customers". There was even another customer in there saying he did it for her. Half my photos are now gone and all my documents I needed are gone. He got really nasty with me and started deleting info off my phone and refused to give me his manager's name until literally the 15th time I asked! He said the manager is completely aware of what he's doing in that store. I ended up just filing insurance and getting a new phone sent to me with the help of a very nice Verizon representative over the phone. I read some of the reviews that give props to other sales people in that store. But be wary of this one. I've already sent a more detailed email to customer service at cellular sales services."
