"Becky helped me to solve the problem of my Hayward Superpump leaking at the bottom of the pump housing. I should have listened to her in the first place as the problem was with the shaft seal. I thought that maybe it was with the pump housing seal which is easier to replace but the shaft seal was indeed the culprit. They had the parts I needed and at reasonable prices. Since the pump is only a little over a year old and had only been in service for about 3.5 months of that time, I was surprised that it had already gone bad. I'm happy with Becky and The Backyard Place (Cleveland, TN). Not so much with Hayward."

"Becky and her crew are amazing and we have done business with her for many years. Our old hot tub died after much enjoyment and we purchased a new one from her a few weeks ago (Nov. 2022). As always, dealing with her was straightforward and our new spa was delivered 4 days later just as we had planned. Ryan's delivery team was absolutely great. They were right on time, kind and considerate of our property and deck, and... they knew what they were doing. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Ryan is also very knowledgeable about the function and maintenance aspect of the units and gave me a lot of helpful information in the store after the unit was in place and being used. The Great Backyard Place is a family oriented business run by people who know their stuff and do whatever they can to make sure you get exactly what you want.
