"Marannook is hard to put into words, because there is nothing like it. The heart of Marannook is "to know Christ and make Him known" and every aspect is tailored to it. It is more than a camp for children, more than a training ground for students, more than a summer experience. I served as a college student on training staff the summer of 2014 and was awestruck at the depth of community, the intense Gospel-centered perspective, and the way the Lord drastically used that summer to sanctify me. To the parents considering sending their children to camp, it is well worth it. To the students considering serving for a summer, I'm convinced there is no better way to spend your time."

"I attended camp Maranook first as a training staff member (summer 2015) and then as craft director (summer 2016). I am so thankful for the opportunity provided at Maranook. Marannook was a great tool that GOD used to better reveal HIMSELF to me. I now have a better understanding of who HE is and who I am in HIM. It was such a blessing getting to work with children and teach them about the LORD and HIS mercy and faithfulness. I would recommend it twenty times over! If you want to send your children to any camp I assure you this is one of the best (this is coming from someone who has volunteered and been an attendee to different camps). 5 stars and 5 thumbs up... or 2 but only because that is what GOD choose to give me! "Marannook offers a wonderful summer camping experience for children in elementary and middle school. Great outdoor activities such as ropes courses, fishing, camping, archery and many more! I have known numerous children who have spent many summers enjoying an unbelievable week or two of fun and games each year. I highly recommend Marannook to anyone looking for a camp for families with young children. Older students in high school and college will benefit from coming there to work during the summer months as well."
