"Slowest, most unreliable service I’ve ever seen. Filled a prescription with the app, didn’t get filled. Called and they said it would be filled within an hour or 2 never was filled called again the next day wasn’t filled and they finally got it filled that day. Not the first time something like this has happened along with the extremely long wait times to just pick it up. I’ve never had service this slow and inconsistent in my life. This will be the last time I use them."
"I miss the Rite-aid. Called to refill prescription on Wednesday for pick-up next day. Next day tried to pick-up and pharmacy was closed, no pharmacist on duty and it was not lunchtime. Two days later, after standing in pharmacy line for 15 -20 minutes, finally got prescription. When I got home realized I only received 1 box of medication…should be 2. The nightmare continues, now I have to call their terrible automated phone system and listen to the repeated messages before I can ever speak to a person. I will say the workers are always kind and try to help, this seems to be a company issue."
