"Terrible! Had to wait 35 more minutes after my online order was marked ready. Every single employee working there is incompetent. Order was wrong… Shame on me for not catching it. One employee was walking around talking on her phone rather then wait on customers."
"Worst possible place to go. I wish someone would open another location because clearly the owner of this kfc could care less about customer service. I was ordering 2 family meals and asked to split the order. She said it was policy that they couldn’t do split orders in the drive through. I asked why and was told I’d have to come inside. I refused bc of time and just paid on one card. So when I get around to pay she hands me my drink and asks me to pull into a parking spot to wait. Ticked off I pulled into a spot, took a sip of my tea, aaaand unsweet. So I have to go inside and get a new drink … sitting back in car now and food is still not ready. Just an update. I have been waiting on this order for a good 20 minutes. I just walked in to see what is going on and was informed the chicken was cooking and it would be 7 more minutes. Again, stay away!!!"
"The service was decent. The girl who helped us was nice. The food on the other hand has just gone down hill so far. All our chicken was straight up soggy. Like mushy soft. I've been a kfc fan for years. But it's just getting worse and worse each time we go."
