"Do not use their online order option. We placed a pick up order online and our food was 50 minutes late. When we approached the staff on 3 different occasions they were uncooperative and unable to tell me when food would be ready. When we asked to speak with manager, Jennifer, her response was,” We fulfill all walk in orders first.” I will not order from this location again. This manager, Jennifer, was disrespectful and uncooperative by talking over me."
"If you are in a hurry this is not the place to go. If the onsite are more than you can handle then you need to suspend online ordering to be fair to these customers . After 1.5 hours wait our order was finally fulfilled."
