"Horrible skating rink, kids sneaking in, stealing tips, trying to fight random other kids. The workers knew about this and didn’t do anything about it. This is supposed to be a family skate place but it is far from that. The bathrooms are filthy, the workers are very rude. The whole skating rink is nasty and they do not clean the place. Something needs to be done this is sad, and horrible. ."

"Horrible management, horrible food, nasty bathrooms. I wouldn’t darken the doors of Cleveland Skate Place even if I got paid.. oh yeah, once upon a time I did. In my opinion, the new management and current owner, Gina Evens, has let this place go to pot. Do yourself a favor, and take your family to Hamilton Skate Place. So sad to see how this place has went downhill."

"This place is VERY run down someone could litter ion your stall and possibly snatch you and the floor are so beated and you can get cut bc of the walls have staples that cut you. Also the do not “allow” lottering they were Threatening us by call the cop the DO NOT have a sign for that. They might have said something about it but not officially made that rule. The one with Tourette’s have ran with someone’s phone while they were making a tt video and no he did not do it for fun. The kids are bad they Threaten to get You kicked out For something you did not do And when they do tell them, they do not have proof They just go off of what he says because that’s the person with Tourette’s Son. so me and my friend got in trouble for something we DID NOT KNOW of into they told us after. And they scammed me for $14 when it’s supposed to be at least 10 to 12. The man with the Tourette’s will get onto you if he thinks that you are talking about his Tourette’s syndrome Even if you’re not. and they say this is a safety thing look at their whole entire building they talking about lottery. This is the whole entire property so they need to watch after all of it including the lobby. They are going to run down if they keep acting like this and yes, I’m a kid and my sister gets in a lot of trouble so a lot of people tattle on her even if she didn’t do it, the money does not go into the building it goes into the cashiers face. How much Botox do you need.never going again"

"Been here before but took our kids Saturday night and one of the workers was so rude out on the floor screaming acting like a fool because they wanted only fast skaters on the floor and no one could understand them on the microphone. He also exchanged skates and slammed them on the counter just being rude and hateful I thought this was a family place but apparently only good skaters are welcome. The lady at the front was every sweet and professional and the girl working concessions was nice too. Probably won’t be back because one man ruined it for us."
