"I would definitely recommend this travel agency, just came back from a seven day cruise on NCL and I must confess, it was one of the best vacation I’ve ever had. No glitches, the service on the ship was impeccable. Our inside room was very spacious, don't go by the NCL website on the size of the inside room, they look like small closets there, they’re actually very roomy. The service we received from Amy and Dennis from PostCard travel was incredible. I guarantee you, you’ll board as friends and depart as family. We’re getting ready for our next cruise with them. The customer service she provided was over the top!! She has even called us to let us know the cruise line dropped the price of our cruise so she adjusted our rate to the cheaper price. "I can’t say enough positive things about Amy and Postcard Travel. We have traveled to Paris, London, Alaska, Ireland, Spain and many cities within the states. She has also arranged several cruises for us. Amy helped us plan our trip to Ireland and as with any reputable travel planner, she worked with an agent/planner in their country to insure that she was booking us with the hotel and side trips we wanted. Due to weather closing an airport, our trip was delayed about 11 hours which caused our luggage to be sent to a different location. Amy immediately tracked our bags and got them headed to the right destination. Since we had no idea of what time we would finally reach Dublin and because we were rerouted to London, we missed our hotel transfer. Again, Amy was ahead of the game and had already arranged for our transfer once we landed. What could’ve been our worst vacation ever, ended up being one of our best. Thank you Amy for finding our bags, rearranging our transfers and having some of the best hotels we will ever see. She is always looking out for her clients and will go above and beyond to make sure their needs and expectations are satisfied. She’s the best and we will use no one else. It is true - - you get what you pay for!!!"

"If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Amy Post planned a trip to Greece for me. Except instead of planning the trip, she bought a vacation package from a 3rd party. The trip was a disaster and I left after 3 days. Terrible flights and the hotel was filthy and in a terrible part of town. When I returned and asked for a refund Amy Post told me I needed to seek a refund from the 3rd party that she has booked! I am disgusted and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Save your time and your money and avoid these people. They will only rip you off and let you rot in a foreign country."

"I can’t speak highly enough of Amy and Dennis at PostCard Travel Planning. They helped us book both, my husbands bachelor cruise and our honeymoon cruise. I have never used a travel agent before, but I promise you I’ll continue to use them for any future endeavors. My husbands cruise couldn’t have gone any smoother (thanks to Amy’s guidance!) As for the honeymoon; we originally were booked for a cruise the week after our wedding, but Royal Caribbean had a freak accident and a crane landed on the ship about 2 weeks before we were supposed to board. Dennis and Amy immediately called us as soon as they found out about it, met with us after hours, and planned the perfect trip for us. I truly believe if we hadn’t used their resources we wouldn’t have been able to get on the cruise they booked us for. I could go on explaining all they did for us, but just trust me when I say that you need to use PostCard Travel Planning for your next adventure!
