"Having kind of an off morning and decided to do something nice for myself and get a drink that I tried before as a sample from this location. It's dumb but I hate how the ice starts to come through their lids in chunks as you drink a cold beverage so I always order light ice because that crashes the experience for me. When I went to pick up my app order it wasn't light ice and the color was off likely because of the balance of milk being off. Point of all this is, how much a difference in my day it was when the lady remade my drink. She didn't complain even though I'm sure it was annoying because how big of a deal is it normally to have less ice in a drink? But to me it did make a difference and it made a difference that she was kind about it as well. So thank you so much. I should have asked your name to give you credit and I hope this finds you. If it helps I had a Chai with toffeenut and caramel. Again thank you and if they do identify you I really hope they reward you for the good little moments you create. This one meant a lot to me."
