"The neon sign said "open." There was a hand written paper on the locked door that said "back in 45 minutes, left at 3, thank you." I watched several people leave after pulling in the locked door."
"So I stopped in to get some help with switching reward accounts. I just needed my pro club added to my account. This was after emailing someone from GameStop and I was told to stop at the store. The female manager was extremely rude and cut me off multiple times. She said she couldn’t help me that I had to call the 800 number for help. So I was on hold for 50 min to hear from a GameStop associate that I had to go back to the store to have what I needed done. Also he said that someone at the store was just being lazy and not doing their job. So I went back to the store today and an extremely nice girl helped me with what I needed and it took her about a min or 2 to do so. The girl that helped me should be the manager and the actual manager should be demoted or fired."
"Little blue haired girl was awesome! She had a full on discussion about pokemon cards with my 10 year old and he was in heaven. We bought a pack and he wanted to go back in and show her what he got. He was so happy."
"Store was bare. Did not have any of the new game systems and did not know when they would get them in stoke. The used games were few and far between when it came to selection. They did have the new release games and the store was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking lot was well lit"
