"We were looking for an RT1140 in the middle of a pandemic. Keith took my call and told me they had one on order and we could, for a small deposit, have it held aside for us. It took a few weeks but we got it and we love it. Great customer service. We will be back!"

"Absolutely worse experience ever. Completely screwed with purchase of a M6111. Ran 50 hours in 3 years because it blew up three times. This dealer and Kubota will not stand by a lemon. Pitiful. And will never own another orange piece of equip. Beware!!!"

"The lead salesman (maybe he's the manager, too) has always been rude and acts like he doesn't want to be bothered every time I've been there - maybe you have to be a "good ol' boy" ready to spend half a million dollars to get his attention. He has also been very dismissive anytime we called with an issue about a purchase. Maybe it's different if you buy a brand new product but I know we will never go back there nor recommend it to anyone, either."

"Here’s my experience when I tried to buy a tractor: On Saturday, 17 March I called for a quote on a tractor and was told they would call me back later in the day because they couldn’t provide me a quote at that time. They never called so I called on Monday, 19 March and they said their system was down and they still couldn’t give me a quote. I called Tuesday morning for a quote, still no luck. They called back Tuesday and said they would send me a quote later in the day, but they never called. I finally got a verbal quote on Wednesday, 21 March and I told them that I wanted to buy the tractor and pick it up on 2 April, but I would need a written quote first. After a few more phone calls I finally got a written quote on Thursday, 26 March. I was told on this day that the tractor would be ready for pick up on 2 April. They said they did not have loaders in stock, but they would either order one or get one from another dealership. I explained to them that I would be driving 7 hours out of my way while on vacation and I would need a confirmation if it was ready or not before I left. You would think they would have the common courtesy to call and let me know, but this was not the case. It took 4 phone calls on the Saturday beforehand before the salesman finally called back that afternoon and said it wasn’t ready. I wish I had known this before I drug my trailer 1,400 miles on our family vacation. I called Monday to see when it might be ready and they said it should be soon. They apologized and said they would deliver the tractor to me. Well, after 7 days they never called so I emailed them told them I would just buy a tractor somewhere else...No response. So that’s what I did and it went a whole lot better than with Southern Tractor. I’ve never had such a crappy buying experience in my whole life; I don’t know how they are still in business if they treat everyone like this."
