"I called to figure out why my daughter was not able to be seen they said it was a new system. No one told me anything about that. Then she just hung up on me. Worst experience I have ever had coming from a health facility. I will be taking my daughter elsewhere. People should not be treated that way."
"I love Dr. Allen & her nurses. Her team has always been amazing. The people that work in the front ruin the entire visit. They are always rude and cold. I feel like I’m being shamed when I call to get an appointment for my sick child. I hate that I have to deal with people being rude just so that I can see a great pediatrician."
"I love the staff here the majority of them are very nice, but every time I’ve come here they do not send in my prescription, but when they do it’s always to the wrong pharmacy. I went last week for a sore throat and a lot of sinus congestion, they had done nothing about it, turns out I have an upper respiratory infection. Good mental health care just not good health care."
"I went with my daughter in law for an ultrasound appointment. She just had a miscarriage a few month ago and just found out she was expecting again . So when we get back to the ultrasound room the woman that was doing it was so rude and just plain cold and not friendly at all !!! She didn’t hardly say anything at all to use didn’t give us a picture of the baby at all !! It was just the worse experience. My daughter in law was so upset she just walked out of the office like what just happened is everything ok like what the hell!! I just feel like since she had just had a miscarriage the lady ruined her appointment she was so excited to become pregnant again and be able to see that every thing was ok but this lady just left us wondering if everything was ok that there might be something wrong !! My daughter in-law loves the Doctors and even drives almost 3 hours In my opinion this lady could have been little nicer considering all she has been threw!!"
"Dr. Runyon and her nurse practitioner were very thorough. They usually close down between 12 and 1 for lunch and my appointment ran over and neither of them rushed me and they made sure I was comfortable with the answers I got before leaving. The woman up front was very patient as well."
