"I would not send my dog there. The nurses on the drug rehab at awful. They are the rudest people I have eve emt. They will not give your comfort meds at all."

"We were traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday when our infant daughter became ill. She was having difficulty breathing and we found out she had RSV. The ER staff were so helpful and provided care immediately. They explained everything and were great with both my daughter and me, as I was a very emotional mama. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn’t have a lot of infant sized materials. They were able to make do with what they had for the time we were there, but had the situation been more dire or if the children’s hospital couldn’t take us as quickly, that could have made things worse/harder."

"DO NOT go to this ER if you’re sick and in pain and can’t help but moan, Nurse Ratchet will tell you to shut up VERY rudely!! I left this hospital crying because of this nurse, and I’d rather die than ever go back. My mom was a nurse for 20+years at CAMC….that was a real nurse! You don’t raise your voice to a complete stranger who’s sick and in pain. Not sure where she went to school, and I’m not sure how this very unsympathetic lady has a job as a nurse, but she definitely didn’t find her calling. If I die, it’s her fault, because I’m afraid to ever go to a hospital again after the way she treated me. I’m 45, and have attacks that put me in the hospital for dehydration quite frequently. I’ve never been treated so poorly in all these years, because other nurses have been very understanding of the situation I’m in. Not this one…and I’ll never go back. I can only hope that karma was around to see her do it, so it can pay her back."

"My mother was in this hospital for a month almost two. She was about to be released to a "SKILLED NURSING FACILITY" to continue her progress and eventually get her back home to us. If you have a family member in here and you're reading my post, don't get scared, but PLEASE LISTEN TO ME! My mother came from near death to about to be released. Dr Kayi wanted to do a 5 to 10 minute procedure on her to check for any more issues in her lungs. He was late that day, he rushed and collapsed her lung which subsequently killed her. Also, watch out for a lady named Brandi. She will say she's trying to help your family with getting placements at other facilities, but she gets paid by the insurance companies, so if she can't find placement then she don't get paid. Some nurses are okay, and they'll do their best to help your family member, but I lost two parents to the same hospital and to the same exact doctor. Don't let them do any procedures especially if your family member is doing better then they were when they first came into this hospital."

"This facility is not adequate to do patient care! My mother was transported from Cleveland Clinic due to false information provided by this facility. They made empty promises and did not fulfill the duties to help my mother. A few nurses were nice and several were rude. Nurses do not care to belittle the patients. Nurses do not read the charts to know or understand their patient or the patient needs. One doctor kept ignoring to check my mother's hearing, he stated, "She's just hard of hearing ". No!! She wasn't in Cleveland nor before Cleveland. This is the only reason they get 1 star because a young doctor came in today and listened, he checked her ear and sure enough it was a massive ear wax buildup. Not hearing loss! The patient care manager did not provide adequate information for my mother's discharge; nor did the first shift staff. I had to personally call the facility she was being transferred too. They informed me everything was setup on their end and was ready for her. First shift lied and stated they called transport but it was a fact they did not. We waited from 4pm until 9:30pm without any acknowledgement or answers to this dilemma. Seriously!!! Medical staff should know better than do a patient and their family this way. I traveled 5 hours to assist my mother with her move that is yet to happen! Please don't bring your love one here unless you can stay and monitor their care 24/7. It only takes one bad apple to ruin something, imagine having several!"
