"Watch for ADDITIONAL BILLING. I told them my insurance would pay $30 per day and that is the rental I needed. My credit card ended up getting billed for 235.39. they said I told them to give me the extra insurance, which I never did. They were only suppose to be holding my credit card as security deposit and not charging any fees. My insurance company was paying my bill and they were in constant contact with them. Finally got credit issued for $191 but they didn't credit back $43.48, said it was for Time & Distance, Vehicle License Recovery and Sales tax. NOT HAPPY !"

"My moms car got totaled a couple days ago. We called Enterprise that morning and he said that he would call me when he received the reservation number. Later on that day, we were in town so we stopped by to check and see if it had come in. I walked in and he was very rude. Saying that he said that he would call me when it came in. I didn’t realize stopping by and checking would warrant an attitude. Luckily by the afternoon, we had found her another car and purchased it. If myself or any of my family or friends need a rental car, I will advise them to go anywhere else but here. The last thing you want to deal with after your car being totaled is a rude worker/owner."
