"The staff are always very helpful as well as friendly."
"Suffice to say it’s obvious I’m not the target demographic for this store, but my little sister loves it, so I go in often for gifts. Previously, I was always treated well and employees were helpful...but over the last year, every time I have gone in, the employees on the PINK side of the store were so rude. I couldn’t get anyone to help me despite the store being totally empty, when I did ask for help, the attitude was beyond bad. I’ve stopped shopping at the store and now go online, and I’m not the only one. The last time I went in, I watched an employee (who was the same body type as me and squeezed into PINK merch) size me up and literally scoff as she turned and walked away without asking if I needed anything. The ladies on the actual VS side of the store are still as nice as always, but most of the gals on the PINK side really need a crash course in NICE."
"Manager was fantastic. Took my daughter for a fitting for her first "real" bra. Did a great job of making my daughter feel comfortable and helping pick out things that would probably be the most comfortable. Wish I lived closer so we could continue to support her store."
