"Many BHPH Dealers in GA, Have drastically went out of business, and yet, for over 30 years, he has stayed in business for a reason...If you’ve ever had your fair share of Buy Here Pay Here Lots, there’s not many that would pay for your used vehicle to get fix mechanically, pay out of their own pocket, to lose their down payment and potentially first three months of payments on the vehicle just so you can drive safely in the car you purchased when legally by contract on As-Is vehicles, they do not have to. Even when it may affect their salary as well as their employees salaries and their own personal and business bills. Of course when you purchase a “used” vehicle or well any item used, anything could happen at any given moment. No one is God, and no one can predict future malfunctions at all. I get it, it’s truly frustrating when something bad happens, but the bright side is at least you purchased a vehicle from a BHPH dealer that WILL help you get it fixed instead of YOU paying totally out of pocket plus your car payment and insurance and being left without a car. If you’re able to purchase a brand new vehicle, you’re protected by the GA Lemon Law if five attempts have been made in reasonable time to fix the problem. So, if you must purchase from a BHPH dealer, I recommend him. Yep, he’s my dad. Nope I am unbiased. I know exactly both sides of this game. I’ve purchased a brand new vehicle in 2017 from Adventure Chevrolet, worse decision I ever made. Getting them to fix my A/C with a 1 year old and newborn in July in GA was a nightmare even with my warranty....I know the financial struggle to make a down payment car payment and insurance on one income, plus everything else seems impossible at times, but when you purchase from KENNETH HAND, at least he will treat you like family and go above and beyond to make sure you stay in a vehicle and remain a valued customer. His staff is friendly, very professional, and they are a small local business. To every single person that is thinking of getting a new or used vehicle I highly recommend you take the vehicle to have a computer scan from auto zone or advanced auto parts to give you a general idea of problems that may need to be repaired. I also highly recommend if you know a mechanic or anyone mechanically inclined to give it a good look on your test drive so you are aware of the potential problems you may be facing. Kenneth is in the business of buying used vehicles and selling them, at very very affordable and reasonable prices in which if there was a problem, you’d still be able to fix financially, but he has been known to go out of his way and pocket for you. It’s like a used items store, you purchase a used TV, but plug it in at home, and three days later, the screens blanks out, who’s problem is it to fix the TV? Yours or the stores? Just putting my review on his business as well as a take on other reviews I’ve read and have had the “pleasure” helping back in the day and yet they won’t tell you the good things he did for them, but nowadays, people rarely speak of any good at all....but as his daughter, if his products and professionalism were really bad, I don’t think I’d be too proud to recommend him or at least own him as my dad, and no he doesn’t pay for my living lol he has to pay and work hard for his living and all the vehicles he is fixing for his customers, so like I said this is an unbiased review..."

"My son just got a car from here. The whole front of car fell out from under it. Had it one day!! He has not even got the tag or title yet. I want my son to be safe in a car. Would not recommend."

"To anyone even thinking of buying a car from these scammers..BEWARE!! They'll sell you a car that will only run for 30 days and not much more! I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and after only 2 days of owning the vehicle, the motor blew a gasket while on my way to work on I-75. Kenneth Hand senior agreed to work with me and let me pick another car of equal value and my only option was to accept a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer because that was the only other vehicle they had. I drove the second vehicle for exactly 5 weeks and 2 days when the Trasmission went out as well as the Electrical Wiring caused a serious malfunction and I could no longer even start the vehicle! Kenneth Hand junior who sure was polite and friendly WHILE HE WAS SELLING me the first vehicle/Jeep became rude, obnoxious, and difficult to work with. His father seemed to behave with more integrity but ultimately they sold me 2 clunkers! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THEIR CLUNKERS!!"

"Got a car from them and the never disclosed that it would go dead everytime I touched my breaks (did fine on test drive) called them to get it fixed and they say "when the guy is available we will call" yea 3 months later never got a call. Wouldn't recommend"
