"My son loved this place and thought we had found a barber that he was very comfortable with. I had taken my son here for a few months and was looking forward to his back to school cut. I text Josh for a few days back and forth attempting to schedule something and he set us for a 4pm sat appointment. The shop closes at 3 on Saturdays, so we showed up for the appt only to find a closed sign on the door. I text asking "Saturday the 12th at 4pm" just like our previous conversation had clearly stated, however, still no response. Extremely unprofessional to leave a client hanging when a simple cancellation would have saved my kid from being screwed over from a barber he really liked. Lesson learned."
