"This was the most unkept and unprofessional theater I’ve ever been too. The employees were cussing and vaping. The lobby and bathrooms were dirty. I had to ask the employees to start the movie after it was 20 minutes past the start time. They responded “oh yeah. Sorry”. Most of the kids that worked there were nice, but there were a few that were rude and obviously didnt want to work there."

"Not amazing, not horrible. I've been in much nicer Regals but I've also been in theaters that made my skin crawl. This is an okay medium. The food is not worth 3 stars -- everytime I've gone my popcorn has been stale and chewy and my fountain drinks have been watery-- but they have stadium seating (unfortunately not pre assigned so you kind of just have to hope you're getting there in time to get the good seats but lucky for me I have been. Literally, only one person other than me the first time I went and the second time I went there were maybe 8 other people total so we all got to spread out fairly well). The seats aren't the super fancy kind that make it sound like the actors are sitting next to you but the sound is still pretty clear. Overall, I go because I'm a Regal fan so even at a 3, I'd still go back."

"If you’re a Swiftie going here for the Eras Tour film, please believe me when I say you are MUCH better off going to the AMC. Immediately as you walk in you’re greeted by staff who are making fun of both your excitement for the movie, and Taylor herself. I was dressed up for my showing, and the first thing that was said to me when showing the tickets to the clerk was a sarcastic “Why am I not surprised.” followed by an eye roll. After my date and I got snacks and headed away, the same employee began loudly and frequently complaining IN FRONT of other customers about folks who were on their way in from the parking lot. This movie theater is so used to being dead that the workers whine like children once more than 5 people show up to watch a movie, God forbid, it be to see Taylor Swift. Hating Taylor Swift does not make you cool, and whining over a job you get paid to do makes you look ridiculous. Regal, please take more care into selecting employees before your movie theater dies out even faster than it already is. I had a much better experience at AMC where workers were not incredibly disrespectful and rude."

"Took my grandson to see a movie, 1st time going to this theater. Staff was friendly, place was nice and clean. It was not crowded either. Prices were on par with others, maybe even a little less expensive."

"I don’t recommend this place! After two years I visited regal theatre and had an awful experience. Theatre 2 has sound, lighting issues, when our movie playing we can hear only surround sound but not the track sound. I reported the person at concessions then he called the manager she went and fixed the sound but lights are not going off. I explained to the manager, she fixed the lights but sound was weird, then I had to request again to fix the sound. The sound is okay but lights are not going off. I gave up on lights. I didn’t expect this from a Regal theatre. We had to watch movie with lights on and no track sound for a few mins. Some seats were blocked because of the rain drops. Short staff, It seems they have only 1 person working to help with ticketing and concessions at the concessions stand. I waited 10 mins for popcorn, but they made fresh and tastes good. I will not visit again until they make upgrades and fix the problems. Waste of money and time. Tallahassee has great theatres with reclining seats and Dolby sounds. AMC and CMX are the best."
