"I show up, to get my room, the desk clerk is leaving, haphazardly tries to run my card, then says that it doesn’t work. When I call the card company, customer service says no one ran the card. When I come back in to speak with her, she’s gone. I went out to call reservations and when I came back, the useless fat headed guy told me that there’s no room for me. And that he is calling the police. Being that I’m in a road trip, I really didn’t feel like getting into a shootout with the police. But they put me close to the edge. I just didn’t feel murderous at the time. Terrible staff, well, there was no staff. Do not use these lazy people’s hotel. They ruined my evening and after 10 hours of driving. I don’t have time to waste on such useless service."

"$100 incidental fee caught me off guard. Then the room was smaller than the picture. The ice maker on both floors didn't have ice so had to go up front to get ice but the front desk woman was awesome, she was very kind and helpful. Tried to enjoy the fire pit outside but it had the smallest flame and couldn't feel anything so that was a bummer. Then the coffee maker in the room didn't have the piece we needed to make coffee so they brought us another one and that one didn't have the piece either so we just left without coffee. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not. Overall just needs a few tweaks but it was nice."

"Great hotel for our stay traveling home from Florida. Convenient location. Clean and modern both in the room and reception. Both ladies that checked us in and out were friendly and professional. Little details like the wood burning fireplace was lit when we checked out. We had two small dogs and the room on the ground floor had a sliding patio door for convenience to let them out. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Room was really nice. The gal at the front desk was busy on her personal cell & acted like she didn't want to be bothered. There were cleaning carts in the halls at 7:30 at night & a lady cleaning still. There was another staff member in the hall sneaking around looking like she had brought her kids to work. No breakfast available even though they have a nice breakfast bar area. Found the whole experience within my first 30 mins of walking in the door to be kinda eh. It is a nice location & place though. Not sure why people are commenting about paying for parking because that's not accurate to my knowledge."

"I stayed here for an Army event that I was working. I had to pay for parking which is fine. They didn’t have elevators which was odd to me. They do not have complimentary breakfast. Once I got to my room, my tub was filthy. I couldn’t get the thermostat to cooperate at all. The area was nice. It’s surrounded by a lot of good restaurants but I will not stay here again."
