"I was leaving the store, and was asked by Pam did I find what I was looking for and my answer was no. She then directed me to one of the managers by the name of Qweenie who helped me with such patience and friendliness to find the perfect item. She helped me to get out of my comfort zone. When I returned home I put the item of clothing next to what I wanted to pair it with, it was absolutely perfect. Thanks, Ms. Qweenie, you were right, and you only saw a not so bright picture of my skirt and picked out the perfect blouse. Keep doing what you do, looking out for your customers!"
"Always a very clean and quiet store, nice to walk around and peruse. Clearance is very good, but hard to find a good fit, while standard priced items are quite expensive. They do however have a lot of easily accessible coupons online to help combat the height prices. One thing I don't like is they tend to ask 'are you sure?' multiple times when I tell them 'No, I would not like a Kohl's credit card.' But overall a good shopping experience, and they do have good quality clothing options."
