"Worst place to let tow your car! Items were missing from my car. Had to get the police involved. Worst experience ever !!!!!"
"If I could give no stars I would. Worst service ever. My car was damaged by them and they refused to even look at it. The owner hung up the phone in my face and said I had to have a video of them damaging the car if i wanted them to fix it. I had to call and make a police report. DO NOT USE THEM!!! The police said they’re always called out for them and damage issues. DONT USE THEM!!"
"I personally didn’t have any problems. Nolan and the guy at the gate were very nice; especially considering the job and all the crazy stuff they probably go through on a daily basis. I had my key so I can’t speak on the reviews saying stuff was missing. My car seemed fine, just dirty from sitting under a tree. But who doesn’t love a dirty girl. They did their job. The lot seems secure. Hopefully I’ll never have to see them again."
"One of your drivers was getting off Atlanta road today mind you he had a car hooked up to his truck, no blinker, driving erratically, unable to maintain a lane on the highway. Apparently he's too incompetent to use a simple motion to put his hand on the blinker let people know that he's getting over or that he needs to get over. Its companies like this that have irresponsible drivers is part of why people lose their lives in car accidents every single day."
"This is the worst repo service ever every time I have had an experience it has resulted in extensive property damage. The first time they towed my car they drug it from downtown Atlanta all the way to kennesaw with the emergency break on and damaged my front tires and my front end suspension. This time I’m pretty sure it’s the same situation and my lawn is damaged."
