"This store was junky. Carts and boxes blocking the aisles. The cashier was so lazy she didn't even bother to stand up to check me out."

"Horrible!!!!! Why people don't people complain? I don't understand, this is what we are ok with in the black neighborhood. As soon as I walked in the door, dead roach on the floor, the store hadn't been cleaned at all, rows and rows of shelves EMPTY! boxes and trash sitting at front of store, trash on the floor. Even where the registers are straight filth.....probably NEVER been cleaned since they opened. This is unexceptable. We deserve to shop in a clean, stocked store.... where is management, and does this represent the Dollar Tree brand? I am definitely reaching out to the corporate office. We have to speak up and advocate for ourselves and say " this is not okay and we don't have to settle for it!" I'm done, really done....."

"Came to this location and they had helium! Praise God because during holiday season for whatever reason they always run out. So definitely 5 stars for this. I still have balloons floating from 3 weeks ago. Dollar tree balloons last a long time."

"Extreme mess. - all aisles were blocked not only by boxes, but actual product scattered on the floor, most product off hooks & out of bins. No staff was observed even attempting to do anything. I went to the restroom & was disgusted by the filth, everything was dirty, used paper towels & toilet paper on floor, area outside restroom was covered with trash. Shelves were pretty much empty. The AC was either broken or shut off & it was extremely hot in the store. I have been in this store many times it has never been the best store, but today was the worst Dollar Tree I have ever been in."

"When I saw the conditions of these aisles when this was my first time walking in this store, it honestly has made me think twice about ever coming in here again…. The only reason this was not at 1 star is because the cashier treated people with respect! All in all: I’ll be looking at this store as a last resort when it comes to shopping. Although they did have what I needed, the overall conditions of the store was simply unacceptable. When restocking a store, the least that managers of a store should be able to do is to train their workers how to do the stocking in a way that is at least respectable and more tidy, appearance-wise, toward the customer…. They have Target just a few doors down, and in spite of their complete remodeling of the store taking place now, the appearance is at least respectable! Hopefully, this will change, but I honestly will not be holding my breath on it…"
