"Great place! Kudos to Mark. I came to detail my elderly mom‘s car, which was completely covered in old pine sap and in terrible condition… Mark, came over and started to help me scrub off all of the black sap and suggested I got a magic eraser for it. I let them know that my mom was being discharged from the hospital that day and that’s why I was there trying to help her clean her car and they were very kind. They allowed me to go through the wash a second time to help get the remaining sap off the car!"

"Obviously my Jeep Gladiator IS difficult to clean thoroughly. I spent about fifteen bucks for the first upgrade wash. The "two" guys didn't show up for the wheel and tire nor did the right side tall whirling brush. When I pulled around to the free vac I noticed the right side didn't look clean. When I brought it to the attendant for her opinion she said she would run it again for free. Problem solved. The little mirror hanger that smells so good. Now it's the little patch you throw under the seat. (Some one sued a car wash saying their air freshener hanging from the mirror blocked their view...wreck... yada yada yada). Mostly it is automated one checks you in and two prepare you for the ride. I met a manager in the office and saw a guy keeping the area spiffy. To top it off I received a coupon for a big discount across town for their sister "oil change" store. I used that puppy on the way home. I am a fan. There are several "New" Mega type carwashes that have popped up all over our little town. They should take a page from these guys play book."
