"Took over an hour to get our order and ppl who came in twenty minutes after us received their food after us. The waitress was almost nonexistent."
"Waited over ten min for our server, Jadah B. My husband received his food then ten minutes later my mom received hers. We then waited ten more minutes for the three kids plates and she told us she was waiting on bread for mine. Needless, to say I never received my food but she told me it had been ready and she could throw it in a box…. No thanks. I’ll pass on the pasta that had been sitting under a heating lamp for who knows how long at that point. She didn’t offer to comp any thing, so the pregnant mom was never fed. They were not busy at all so had no reason for such poor customer service."
"Restaurant was busy but our server Declan got our food pretty quick. Food was hot and delicious!! Declan is the best server we've had in a long time."
"Horrible! Just go somewhere else! Drinks were watery and I had to send them back. Food took so long to get to me I asked the manager to cancel the order and they responded “the food just came up” but still waited. When I received my burger the fries were not on the plate so I had to wait more for them as well as another 10 minutes for a cup of barbecue sauce. Ordered the cinnamon swirl as well. They were burnt and were pretty much inedible. To even serve something that even looked that way is beyond me. Not recommended at all and definitely not worth the $80 that we’re spent there."
"Applebee's is a good restaurant for standard fare. Everything they serv is good. This particular Applebee's didn't have the best staff. We had to get up from the table and walk to another table toward the back of the restaurant where several employees - including our waitress were seated surfing on their phones - to ask for a refill of our tea. Not the best impression."
