"Not what I was expecting, but very surprising! Taiwanese cooking, not heavily battered, oily, or bland like most American Chinese faire. The dumplings were super light, and were almost like soup dumplings. The sweet and sour pork was amazing, and unlike any I’ve ever tasted."
