"It seems that the Kani House you are now paying more for an extremely loud and invasive show over food quantities and qualities. 180.00 dinner for 4, portions have been cut in half, and prices increased. The quality of the food is inconsistent every trip. Scallops were extremely overcooked. Sad, we loved the place but will be moving on. Picture below is an order of double rice and still less than what you would expect for a normal portion."

"New Year's Eve at Kani House has turned into a family tradition we can't do without! It's the perfect blend of fun and tasty. My husband is a huge sushi fan and he swears by their selection - it's fresh and just bursts with flavor. As for me, I'm all about their vegetarian options. It's so great to have a variety of delicious choices that cater to my preferences. The atmosphere is always buzzing with energy, making it a super entertaining way to ring in the New Year. We always leave Kani House with big smiles and happy tummies. Can't wait for our next NYE celebration there!"

"Had a super delicious dinner of sushi, steak and salmon at Kani house. Quite busy on a Friday at 6:30. Pro tip, you can (and probably SHOULD) make a reservation in advance on their website so you don’t have to wait 15 or 20 minutes for a table! Our server was struggling poor guy - slow to take our orders, sushi came out really slowly, drinks were even slower - and the second drink was not what I ordered, even though it came straight off the menu. There was a fun menu of seasonal cocktails in addition to the standards. Our sushi was delicious, two creative rolls that were great to whet our appetite. There are a lot of options if you are into sushi! The ginger dressing for the salad was perfect but if you aren’t into it, their ranch is good too. The miso soup was sad - literally just a bowl of chicken broth, no mushrooms or green onions or anything! The hibachi chef was great, talented with his knives and doing all the cute hibachi moves like the giant flaming smiley face and the steaming onion choo choo train. My filet was tender and delicious as was my teriyaki salmon. Dinner also comes with a cup of vanilla ice cream or rainbow sherbet. Would definitely go again when the mood strikes for sushi and hibachi!"

"Ordered steak, lobster, and shrimp. Steak was nowhere near medium rare and rice was nothing but rice. No onions or eggs. Very stale rice. When I spend $70+ on a meal just for myself I expect it to be correct. I would not recommend."
