"I made a reservation at Rio for my birthday for 13 people. When we arrived they let us know that they remembered taking the reservation but didn't put us on the schedule. Initially they said they would fit us in. Then they brought out two nasty folding tables and set them up 3 feet out side the highly trafficked bathroom doors (which smelled awful). While we were there waiting for almost 30mins the servers were very rude acting as if we were a hassle or burden to deal with. Several of the employees bumped into my wife and sister "accidentally" and muttered something in Spanish. They made our visit an awful experience. If you are not a native Spanish speaker don't go to this restaurant. They will treat you poorly and obviously do not want your business. This was my family's experience and we will not patronize Rio steak house again."
"If you're considering a Brazilian Steakhouse, start here!!! I was at another merchant in this plaza and the smell of BBQ drew me in. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was sooo good. It's buffet style which is hard to find these days. For about $25pp you can get all you can eat GOOD FOOD!! You won't be disappointed. They're about half the cost of the other Brazilian steakhouses in town."
"Very good value for the price you pay. Food tends to be a little too salty for my personal preference. Variety of options for meats, hot food and salad bar. Staffs are nice and attentive. One sad thing is deserts are not included."
"This place wasn't good for me personally. I have a dairy allergy, and everything seemed to be coated in butter. My sister in law brought my son and I. She loves this place and my son really liked the food. When we come back to visit her, I'm definitely going to bring my husband. He will enjoy all the meats. I did like the grilled pineapple. That was really good."
"This is good Brazilian Barbecue at a very reasonable price. Inside has a cafeteria feel. It is a bit loud inside but it's cool. The meat is good quality and always seasoned cooked right. The service is pretty good. They have a pretty expansive bakery. I have not tried it yet but it all looks delicious. You cannot go wrong going here. They have live music outside on some nights. Give them a shot you will be happy you did!"
