"The place was a little loud, but that's the atmosphere. The service is impeccable, the food was beyond delicious, and holy moly the service is fast. I got my sushi in less than 5 minutes. The main course in 10. I'm not in the area much, but if I am, I'll definitely be back."

"We had a great meal at Fuji. The highlight of the meal was our chef who was very engaging and entertaining (he invited some of the young guests at the table to try their hand with some of the (safe) cooking utensils and ingredients. I'm pretty picky about my Japanese steakhouse amenities (e.g. sauces, quality and quantity of fried rice, friendliness of staff, cleanliness) and I feel that Fuji is the best in town when it comes to quality and value. They are not the cheapest, but they are reasonably priced and you get what you pay for. One negative I would point out is the close proximity of one table to the next in the restaurant. Some Japanese steakhouses have separate rooms that allow two tables per room which provides a bit of privacy and intimacy, but there are no dividers in this restaurant, just one big open floorplan with all of the tables within sight and earshot of each other. Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience. This restaurant is best for those looking for a casual, fun, and quality hibachi meal at a moderate price."

"The sushi was amazing! I had a Spicy Crunchy Roll and a Lobster Tempura Roll. Both were absolutely delicious. My husband had an AK47 roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and a California Roll. They, and the Spring Rolls, were delicious as well. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday their sushi is HALF PRICE!"
