"The attorney that called me back had very poor customer service. He didn’t even know when I had called to reach out. He mentioned that he was returning a call from me earlier today when I’m fact it was two days ago. His answer was “oh, I’m not gonna sit here and argue with you” he then asked what my complaint was. I told him what happened and all he responded was “that’s it” I said yes. He asked if I had Made a complaint to the company and I explained to him that I did but I figured they knew what they were doing since they’re professionals at the service I was receiving. He then stated but did you told them to stop or that you were in pain. I explained that I warned the therapist to be careful but he continued I assumed he knew what he was doing. Now I have received these types of service before and they’ve actually helped. But the fact that this one actually caused my pain to be worse as I pulled up to my house and couldn’t get out my vehicle and ended up in the ER I needed to know what my options were. All this attorney said was “if you didn’t complaint or stoped it while it was in process than we can’t do anything” the fact that he was very judgmental and didn’t think that my case was serious really gave me the hint that he didn’t care. He was rude and not compassionate or took my case serious. Very poor of a law firm to treat customers the way he did."
