"Attorney Jessica K. Givens from the Dothan branch of the Cochran Firm mailed to me a letter declining to represent me in a lawsuit. However, once my case was referred to the Dothan office, I never received one phone call from them asking me any questions about my case. On my initial phone call to a Cochran firm call center, I spoke to an intake specialist named Amanda, and it went very well. She was very professional, but I don't believe she was stationed in Alabama. Amanda was very understanding of what I was going through with my legal issues. If I could give 2 different ratings, I would give intake specialist Amanda a 5 star. I'm moreso leaving this poor review for the Cochran firm's Dothan office. I wanted to pay the Cochran firm to be a resource for legal advice. I didn't want them to represent me in court. The reason why I turned to the Cochran Firm is because I believed they had a good reputation through my research, but I believe the Dothan branch could use some lessons in professionalism and ethics. By the grace of God, I was able to file successfully my civil case in federal court on my own."
