"Worked with Dorian Jenkins not your typical salesperson, never pushed anything and listened to what we wanted (Type and Price). Two days later we came with our son to get the vehicle (It was a Suprise for him). Dorian had another vehicle for us to look at (Joke) while he pulled his vehicle up. My son gave the keys to the fake vehicle back to Dorian as Dorian handed him his new car keys. My son was excited and surprised. Thank you Dorian for doing this, you went above and beyond. I definitely will be back to see you in the future."

"Earlier this week the F&I "MGR" caused this dealership to lose just over $30,000.00 . The price listed does not mention the "hidden" fees that most people figure Oh Well and pay. Beware out of state buyers as well. I would like to know where they come up with the add on "fees". I added the normal fees and they came nowhere near $2k...This is nothing but "backend" money. Watch out for these people. Buy from an owner and only here if you have money to piss away."

"Gerald Jones Volvo dealership failed to service our 2005 Volvo S40 for 4 days. After calling to get a status update, we were informed they just let it sit in their lot because they didn't know what was wrong with it. Finally they started repair work on a fraudulent $3500 job. When trying to pick up our car after the service rep told us it was ready. We were denied the opportunity to leave with our car due to it not being ready for pick up. The staff told me it wasn't their issue communication fell through between the members of their team. Their master technician drove our car to confirm the repairs were good & traveled over 70 miles to Lord knows where. Sad thing is the check engine light came on as soon as we were 10 minutes away from their dealership & coolant was leaking everywhere. We were charged for them to repair their mistake. Do not recommend this location based on our experience. Update: A different repair shop confirmed the initial repair never occurred & recommend we find a reputable repair shop."

"I do NOT recommend this place for Volvo car repairs. We have been here on 3 separate occasions and it was an overall horrible experience every time. Our car always came back to us with another issue… One of the services we payed for wasn’t even completed! We found out by going to another place and was told the repair had not been done at all. We are still awaiting our refund that this place told us they would give us on that repair. I was also lied on by the office assistants there saying I never called about my car when I did 3 different times that same day. PLEASE do your research and find a more reputable place that will deliver."
