"I had my engine replaced. The process took longer than expected. They left a bird's nest in the engine. the engine was not purchased by me personally. You guys purchased the engine. PLEASE NOTE: THAT MY CAR WAS PARKED IN THE GARAGE EVERY DAY AND NEVER LEFT OUT IN THE OPEN FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. I had to have parts replaced on the engine, which prompted subsequent visits to the shop. Also, they lost an important part. When I asked about it, Leo (the owner) stated we cleaned the shop, and it was thrown away. PLEASE NOTE: THAT MY CAR HAD ALL OF ITS PARTS WHEN IT WAS GIVEN TO LEO'S AUTO SHOP. That’s it! No, I’ll get another one or here is reimbursement so you can get one. The lost piece is the right-side flap and splash guard part. So, the remaining piece hangs and rubs my tire. Plus, my oil filter and surrounding parts are exposed."
"Please Stay away from this shop! They completely ripped me off. I drove my car in for a repair, and ended up towing it off of there lot, the customer service mechanics are very manipulative and does not care to listen to the customers. they do not have the customer's best interests. They don't provide good service at all. the owner slammed the gate down on me and my wife's face and did not provide receipt for the work they did. PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOUR IN LAWRENCVILLE Georgia!!!"
