"Let me tell you about my experience at Autozone this morning. Walked in to the store and, to my surprise, I was lucky enough to find the store manger (Dalton) behind the counter! I thought I knew exactly what I needed, but boy was I wrong! My code reader was showing me that I needed bypass solenoid for the evap system. The part wasn’t showing up, but with Dalton’s extensive knowledge and expertise of the system, he me to the exact part I needed, the cut off valve. I picked up some new Duralast socket set and am about to get my hands dirty. He gave me confidence on doing this all by myself. Wish me luck, Thanks Dalton!!"
"My husband and I had to go to this store when we were out of town, and the sales manager was SO knowlegeable! I think he said his name was Patrick... or Dalton.. but he was so polite! He respectfully listened to what we were looking for and then quickly located what we needed! He also made sure we had everything else we needed for proper install! Great job! "I started getting a check battery light on my 2011 Kia Sorento. I then went this Auto Zone and got a complete diagnosis of my vehicle and they properly determine that my alternator completely wreck. The recommended a good and trusted mechanic to come to my house and replace it. I bought the new alternator from here at a very good and competitive price. This place is amazing!!"
"Been here twice within last 4-5 weeks. Battery prices jumped but ended up going with one with a longer warranty. Fast forward a month find out alternator is going out which kills the battery. Sufjan, one of the managers, tests my alternator and battery, determine the battery is now dead after trying to charge it, switches it out for me… also find out the alternator is duralast so I can exchange it. All that to say, solid warranty and employees."
