"Blonde, tall woman who works there extremely rude. Yelled at me in front of customers. I had to return a dash order because of a misunderstanding and I understood her frustration because I am assuming it happens often but the yelling was not needed at all especially in front of customers. I am not sure her name since I was too busy getting yelled and snapped at before I even finished my sentence. I would have willingly gone back to deliver the item and not expected anything in return but she was so rude I decided to just leave. Have a nice day."

"We have been coming to this location for years. The staff has always been wonderful to us! They are always so helpful! Staff put our wipers on and even our battery!! On top of that, I came in to get a battery for my Kia Soul. The gentleman told me to call Kia because it should still be under warranty. Sure enough, it was!! He saved me well over $200.00. Now THAT is customer service!! We LOVE our Hwy 20 Advance Auto!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!"
